Introducing Francois and Annieka of Yandiwa!

All the way from Australia, they specialise in creating custom knives, wood and leatherware in Australia's red centre.

Francois is a multi-award-winning knifemaker, having won Best Utility Knife, Best Kitchen Knife, Best Hunting Knife and the coveted Best In Show at Australian Knife Art Association shows. Passionate about knifemaking, Francois has forged a reputation for high quality work with his functional design and craftsmanship, stunning pattern welded damascus and san mai steels paired with beautiful arid timbers found in central Australia. Francois achieved his Journeyman Smith status with the American Blade Society in 2023. Annieka is also a maker, creating custom leather work for sheaths and more. Together, they create truly beautiful pieces for both users and collectors.
