Hi,

I have my first power hammer coming in a couple weeks. So to say I'm a novice on that equipment is an understatement. It's a Ken's Custom Iron MZ75 with the saddle attachment and 2.5x5 inch flat dies.

Would you guys please share some specs on your favorite dies for forging blades? I assume it's going to be some type of drawing die, but I'd like some details on how it's shaped. I have a set of 2x2x5 1045 square blanks ready to shape. 

Also any tips on your favorite tooling for use with the square dies would be much appreciated.
