hi i just bought a bader biii and it is running backwards i have it wired 115 volts it was wired 220 when i bought it but i did not have a 220 plug in. I wired it per the diagram on the motor.

Trent look at the bottom of the wiring diagram to see if there is the option to change rotation, most motors have this option.
It will want you to interchange two colors, or interchange T5 and T8.
If this isn't on the motor plate, I would call Bader.
