I have a Nicholas Production knife grinder for sale. It's a 20 hp three phase heavy duty machine which came out of the Western cutlery plant. They usually came in pairs and this is a left model but you can set it up so that it will grind both the left and right taper. It's a cam following machine which can grind the distal taper to the point and the edge it can also be set up to surface grind damascus which is how I used it. It's listed on ebay here:
