I've been a member of ABS for about a decade but never built my shop. Now, due to health and age I will never be able to do so. I must now sell all the new tools and equipment I've been collecting over the years to put in that shop. I have tried to attach a list of everything for sale. Hopefully it will show up. Pictures of most items available on request.

Please send all offers and/or requests for photos to [email protected]

Hello,

Sorry to hear about your health. I also live in Louisiana. I would like to offer $ 2500.00 for the press.

Thanks,
Eddie Hattaway

Charles,

Sorry to hear about your troubles.  I do suggest that you post your list in some more easily decoded format (i.e. PDF or TXT) so it can be viewed by a wider audience.

Charles,

I'd be interested in the press if it is still available I'm in the Waco area where are you located?

Charles,

Looks like you have quite the collection of knifemaking stuff.  Real shame you never got to use any of it.  There are certainly things I'd be interested in, but shipping to Rochester, NY may end up being prohibitive.  If you were local I'd put in an offer for the press as well.  I'd send you a PM, but can't seem to figure out how to do that.  On my list would be the following:

  1. Parks Quench oil (50 and AAA)
  2. 1.5 x .25 x 48 1084 stock
  3. Evenheat kiln
  4. Center scribe
  5. Handle broaching tool
  6. File Guide
  7. 12" Craftsman mill bastard

Love to see photos of items 4-6.  My e-mail is dhertzson AT  yahoo.com
