Up for grabs is a freshly rebuilt New Style 50# Little Giant Power Hammer. Serial number 6463.

Here's a list of things that we've done and improved, plus replaced.

New sow block and key

New combo dies plus keys (half flat and half drawing)

New ram and guides

New pins throughout (ram, arms and crosshead)

All pin holes where reworked and drilled to factory specs. (Arms and crosshead)

New bushing in the new toggle links plus a new bushing in the pitman

A new spring (a must for any rebuild)

A new flywheel and crankshaft (converting it from center clutch to outboard)

A new 2hp motor

New main bearings and this model had a bronze bushing in the clutch pulley

New clutch fork pin and treadle pin

All bolts and nuts were replaced, plus grease zerts added where needed in wear points

New treadle rod

New paint (Machine Grey)

New wood clutch blocks

Plus several other minor things to make this a hard hitting everyday hammer.

I've worked closely with "Sid" Suedmeier over the last 9 years with Little Giant hammers, knives and hammer rebuilding. I would not offer this hammer up forsale if it was not up to Sid's standards.
