This is another wire cable damascus I just finished this week. I started with 1 1/4" cable about 8" long, and I will be able to get 3 small hunting knives out of it. I am real pleased how the etch turned out on this one. What size cable do y'all use? By the time I am done, I end up with a piece of strap about 1/4" x 1" x 14" or so. I don't see that many cable knives posted so I would like to hear your input.
