This is a pair of kitchen knives I finished this week.

Both are frame handles made of stainless with stainless bolsters.

The Damascus is 1075-15n20 weird modified W.

The handles are Koa, one natural one dyed.

The large one has a 200mm cutting edge and is 300mm overall

The smaller one is 180mm cutting edge and 280mm overall

Very nice. A nice bold pattern and good looking handles. Looks like they should cut and slice.

Very nice work. I really like the shape of the handles.

Thanks Chris, I'm trying to get a feel of a handle that grips well with a full grip or a pinch grip.
