Hi Guys

This Santoku style chef's knife has an 0-1 blade, 186mm long and 3mm thick at the ricasso. The blade has a full flat grind, the surface of which has been treated with a forced mustard patina. The overall length of the blade is 302mm and the width of the blade is 45mm. The knife tips the scales at 202g, the balance point is right on the forefinger. The bolsters are aircraft grade aluminium held in place with two brass pins. The handle scales are Masur birch with black fibre liners held to the tang by two Loveless bolts.

I hope you like the knife. Thank you for taking the time to look, all comments and questions very welcome.

All the best

Steve

Very nice, the mustard patina looks great as well as the wood.

I've got to say that I really enjoy making these style of knives. I've always been a big fan of Bob Kramer and his Chefs knives just blow me away, so when the opportunity arose to make one I jumped at it. Thank you for your comments guys.

Cheers Steve
