Hey guys here is the newest knife to come out of my shop. Had it sitting on the bench for a couple months untouched and decided to finish polishing the Hamon and give it a handle.
this is a very new handle shape for me and at first glance I had no idea how to shape it. So i decided to just go with the flow and this is where i ended up!
First time playing with facets in handles, and it's quite comfortable in hand if i do say so myself. As always, comments and critiques are welcomed! <img src=' http://www.americanbladesmith.com/ipboard/public/style_emoticons//biggrin.gi f' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' />
Sheath is also done by me and features my first quilted tooling pattern.
-W2 w/Hamon
-Sculpted Ironwood
-416 hardware
-G10 Spacer
here's a youtube video
