Here's a third knife headed to Seattle with me. It's a nice compact, yet stout guardless hunter.

Hand forged from 1095

8" overall, 3 5/8" blade, .190" at the ricasso

Raised clip, not sharp distal taper comes to a nice piercing point

Rounded spine and ricasso edge

Bronze collars

Damascus spacer

Oil finished curly claro walnut handle

Damascus screw cap

Very nice, John. Those bronze spacers provide a great contrast. The matching radius of the rounded spine and guard collar is a nice touch as well. Everything fits together so nicely....

Very nice! I really like the bronze and pattern weld spacers.

This makes me feel unworthy of my own ABS Apprentice standing.

This is one awesome knife, If you do not mind me asking, how did you achieve the surface finish? Is this etched?

Thanks,
