I guess you learn lessons on every knife. I wish I had done a few less layers. This one has four bars of 259 layers. I had my billet to 128 layers of 1084 and 15N20, cut it in half, re-stacked and threw in three layers of O-1 ( the darker , bolder layers that really stand out). The handle is ironwood with six domed nickel silver pins. I hope you enjoy.

Very nice Chad. I especially like the fact that you maintained the pattern around the handle. Too often I see guys making full tang Damascus knives and they sand off the edges on the handle and don't etch it back in. Well done!
