Looking great.
Your work has always impressed me Bob. It's really awesome to see you reaching out like this to new things you haven't tried before. It seems like with every new project or things you haven't tried you spend twice the time planning new things compared to actually doing the tasks. After you have tried it once the fear seems to subside and then the next time goes so much faster. Maybe that's why we are required to turn in 5 different style knives for certifications in ABS. Do you think the 5 different styles is a form of forced broadening of the craft?

could be. I think it also demonstrates that you are not a one trick pony. 5 different styles shows you understand how to create the different designs and that you didnt fluke off a good knife (I think), and that you understand what makes a good blade.

Man is that an amazing sword. Has making a sword made you more interested in making another one or less?
