Hey All!

I just finished and delivered these on Christmas Eve (and I miss them already!). They are full tapered tang, 1084 steel, mustard patina, with micarta scales. They are 3 7/8" hunter blades, but have a pronounced Moran Edge (which accounts for some of the odd refractions of light on the edges in the pics) and are .230 thick at the thickest part of the spine (right above the logo etch area). Balance point is between front pins and front of scales. A few firsts for me on these are: First matched set; First evenly tapered tang (top to bottom and front to back); First mustard patina finish; First thong tube. I know they don't meet ABS classic design standards, but this is what was requested. I'd love to hear what y'all think, the good, the bad, & the ugly (I've got a thick skin)

Hello Ed,

To a new guy like me they look pretty good. The leather work looks nice also.

They look like good users Ed. I am sure the new owner will be happy. Looks like they came together well and good sheath work. Nice work.

Thanks Brion! I would like to have had a little more ricasso in front of the handle scales, but to get them all the same... I also wish I'd have gotten a few pictures of the more technical aspects
