Just finished these up for a client...

1080/15N20 Damascus Heads (finished with clear Gun-Kote)

Hickory Handles (Tru-Oil finshed)

The toughest part of these was the multiple hollow grinds on the poles.....kinda tricky with a 3/4" wheel!

Very nice work Ed. I enjoy forging axes and Hatchett. Did you punch and drift the eyes? I haven't tried that method yet, the ones I have made were wrapped and welded.
