Did you use EDM stones?

I didn't use EDM stones on anything on this project. There was a LOT of hand sanding. But, I've become pretty good at using slack belt grinding to minimize hand sanding on difficult areas. I cut belts down into narrow strips and run them slack, to sand intricate areas on parts. I've got a 320g belt that I've cut down to about 3/16". I have found that I can use my fingers behind these narrow belts, to guide them into and around tight areas.
