This first one is 15n20/1080 crushed w's end grain forged close to shape. The handle is stabilzed dyed maple burl with a silver pin and the bolster is stainless damascus(410/304). I made this one for my table this weekend at the NYCKS.

next up is a fairly low layer ladder (around 80 layers) pattern in 15n20/1080/ 8670 the handle is stabilized spalted maple burl with a bronze pin and bolster. This knife was made for the Adirondack Folk school to raffle off in support of the school. they are a new school but have put together a nice shop and a great program of classes in the lake George area of NY, the school has been extremely supportive of blacksmithing and bladesmithing instruction.

This last one was a custom order, a carving knife in 200 layer random pattern 1080/8670 with a stabilized curly Koa handle, bronze pin and bolster, I am informed by the customer that this one was immediately taken by his wife who told him this is mine now, thank you for the Christmas gift! poor guy never even got a chance to try it!!
