Here are a couple of chefs knives I just finished. Photos by Sharp. These knives are the first to receive my mark.

Beautiful Robert. Stats? Size, materials, etc.

They are made with 1080 and 15n20. 8" x ~2" heel. The dark handled one is Spalted Maple and the other is York Gum Burl, both from Greenberg Woods.

Thanks for that info. The Damascus pattern is very striking, but that wood! Holy smokes that is beautiful stuff.
