Hello members of the ABS. My name is Chris Griffith. I started out on the dark side a little over a year ago making stock-removal knives for the Bushcraft community, but I saw the light a ways back. I've been hunting for a forge and some basic forging tools ever since I got started, and this passed weekend I picked up a Whisper Momma, a post anvil, a longer quench tank, some tongs and a Rockwell Tester (not really forging equipment, but it came with the lot and can't hurt). I look forward to attending a Hammer-In and Introduction to Bladesmithing Course very soon.
HERE is a link to all of my completed work (including my first knives).

Hello Mr. Griffith. It's great to see another new face. I checked out your link, very nice knives! . I'm still figuring out posting pictures.
Welcome to the forum.
Thank you for the warm welcome, gents. I'm very happy to be here, and I look forward to beginning my first forged blade as soon as the new hose comes in for the Whisper Momma.
Welcome to the ABS and the forum Chris. Good to have you aboard. Whisper momma is a good forge, it will get you on your way.
Welcome again.

Thanks for the welcome, MS Tomberlin! Thank you--also--for the reassurance in my new-to-me forge. I can't wait to get started.
