Hi all,
I'm really just starting my knifemaking journey. I made one knife, attached, over a weekend with a local journeyman bladesmith and am now in the process of making my first knives "solo". I'm starting from pretty much nothing -- I've done some limited woodworking in the past, but no metal work -- so everything is new and about learning. Right now I have one practice blade in progress while I learn shaping and grinding and several hypothetical designs in template form inspired by many of the knives I've seen here and elsewhere. Hopefully have something better to show soon!
