Greeting to my fellow bladesmiths, my name is Jeremy Pittman, but if you don't call me Pitt there's a chance I won't answer. I'm the owner of Pit and Hammer Forgeworks , located in Walker, Louisiana, and we make all things sharp and pointy. I'm looking forward to learning from you guys and I'm hoping Maybe I'll have something to teach myself one day.

God has given me all that I have, how can I not give him all that I have.

Welcome Jeremy, sorry Pitt. Good to have you here on the forum. If you have any questions be sure to ask. We will be glad to help. I see you are not too far from Baton Rouge. I have relatives there. Good to have another Louisiana bladesmith.

Welcome Pitt! What kind of knives do you like and make? Do you like using alligator hide for sheaths...being in Louisiana and all?

Aloha, Phil

Well Phil I make all things sharp and pointy, starting a run of skinning and filet knives today. If I get my hands on some gator I will, but don't see a lot of them where I am. Just completed my first forge welded blade from old bandsaw blades, with a hand carved mohagany handly, I'll post some pictured when I take some lol.

God has given me all that I have, how can I not give him all that I have.
