Hi I am new to ABS and have been bladesmithing for a couple of years. This is an amazing craft filled with some amazing people. I would love to learn as much as I can and hopefully be able to do this full time. I have a lot to learn and hopefully I can give out some advice as well. I have always loved knives and I used to collect them when I was a kid. I decided that I wanted to start making them. My wife is very supportive of this and she is a big reason I keep going. My kids love to draw knives for me to make and they keep telling me that they want to make knives when they get older. I am 100% my toughest critic and that is a very big hurdle for me. I have only completed 8 knives in the 2 years since I have started, but I can see a drastic improvement since my first blade. I can see there are so many people on here willing to give advice and push in the right direction and be supportive. Have a great day and it will be fun talking with everyone!
