Hello to All
My name is Rich I am 65 years old and a retired truck driver, I got the (bug) or should I say a flame lit for the passion on blade smithing,
when watching the show Forged in Fire, I then reached out to ABS Master Smith J. Neilson and took a three day class, at his home forge in Towanda Pa.
I too am gathering equipment to start a forge, I have a mig and a stick welder, cutting torch, anvil, several hammers.
My wife purchased for me a skull forge two burner unit, over a month a ago we still have not received the unit, and skull forge will not answer any phone calls
or any text messages. as of now I plan to build a forge of my own, so I can get started back into working on forging knifes again, I really do miss working
on knives. I hope in the future to seek the wisdom of this forum, for future endeavors.
Sincerely Richard Martin
