Could a person make a sword breaker in the same parameters as the quillon dagger and it be acceptable to be judged for Mastersmith rating?

Keep in mind there is no such thing as "quillon dagger testing".
One of the five required knives submitted for Master Smith certification must be the Quillon Dagger as delineated in the testing criteria. The other four can be anything that lies within the remaining criteria.
