Good morning chaps,

So I've decided to try my hand at a Keyhole kukri, it's all forged out and ground to about heat treat stage, just wondering about affixing the wood components afterwards. As far as doing any drilling before hardening. I arbor pressed a mock up handle of oak in there temporarily just to see what I'm in for for fit up and such, and that feels good and solid so i was considering just a couple pins thru the Keyhole from edge to spine? I see on that gaucho video by m.s. sfredo i thought he had tapped into the bolster area and then sank a rod in thru the tang to suck it together but then he hammers something in the end and i don't know what's going on anymore! Any tips or pitfalls to watch out for would be much appreciated, i always progress smoother when I've got a clear idea of where I'm going and how I'm gonna get there. Thanks guys.
