I find that need to design each build. I use knifeprint to start my designs and then refine with other image editing software. I have posted some of my designs online and plan to post more. Feel free to use them if they suit your purpose.

Michael Samdahl to do a gut hook like that, that extends higher than the spin, I would chisel cut and pry up the piece and flatten while forging. (Hope that made sense) then use a dremel or rotary tool to create the round hook. Im sure there are guys that can do that with a hammer, but I am not one of them. I would only get it close.
for something that small like the bottle opener, I used a dremel. You could use a drill with a sanding drum on it too I suppose.
