Thermal cycling

I understand the importance of thermal cycling for a forged blade but is it necessary for a stock removal blade. or is it just a do it to all blades as a rule of thumb? the steel I usually use is 1075,1084. thank you for the help

Si no es hoja forjada y es una hoja de eliminacion de material virgen de fabrica no es necesario hacer los primeros ciclos termicos, si es material de reciclaje si es necesario hacer recocido y normalizado, ojala ayude mi respuesta.
