Hello everybody,

I am about to lose the forging space I was renting in a friend's workshop due to his inability to pay the monthly rent any longer. While I would be happy to get the workshop, I cannot afford to pay for the entirety of the warehouse so if anybody knows or has a small space to rent in the Tampa Bay Area I would appreciate any tip. I would be only using it for forging and the few operations connected to it (welding billets, grinding welds etc).
