I have received numerous phone calls & emails from my friends in the knife making community after the storm that hit Branson last Tuesday night & would like to let everyone know that I am fine and luckily suffered no property damage. Fortunately for me, the tornado hit approximately four miles south of my home. There was a good deal of property damage to the commercial area of Branson but thank God no one was seriously hurt.

It's times like this that you learn just how caring the knife making community really is and I appreciate being thought of this way.

All my best,

Gary Mulkey

Good to hear that you are safe. Steve Culver, Brion Tomberlin, and I were trying to contact you after the storm went through Branson to check on you.

Thanks, everyone. I appreciate the concern.

Brion,

Being able to spend time with an MS smith in his home shop is always a pleasure. Ray is a very gratious host and a lot of fun as well. While there I took a number of pictures of his process of making integrals. Ray has created some dies for his press that make it into a simple process. If there is an interest, I will post a WIP of it when I get the photos edited.
