Hi All

Anybody out there know anything about antique knives? A friend of mine bought a whole batch of stuff from an estate sale and showed them to me to see if I could tell anything.

He has a handful of Sheffield knives, including three small full tang bowies and two folders, one of which is a little unusual.

He's also got seven Marbles. Most of them are a pretty standard bowie shape, between 6" and 8," with a combination of stacked leather, stag, etc. for the handles. One of them is a a little different, having a shape that I'd tend to identify pretty strongly with Scagel. It would be a trailing point, except for the long, straight clip.

Anyway, if anybody out there knows anything, any forums or resources for me to help him learn something and/or potentially sell his stuff, please let me know.

Thanks!

Zack
