When I try to sign in I always have to get myself a new password.
There is also automatically a _ between my first and last name.
Even when I change my newly provided password it does not recognise it at my next visit and keeps putting the _ between my first and last name.
Is there anything I can do about that?

its probably a "cookie" on your computer remembering your old password. You can try going into your web browsers settings and deleting your cookies. See If that helps
The website and forum are two different log ins.
I believe the forum is your name. Just like it is in you signature here.
My log in on the ABS website has the _ between my names. Pretty sure that's normal.
