The cardboard wheel is the kind that is sold for sharpening. I looked them up and they are called paper wheels.

The stone I used on this one is a Carborundum AA120K5V40 stone turned down to about 4 1/2 inches. That stone is hard to find but Norton has one that works as good or better is a 38A220KV. This is the orange colored wheel the tool supply companies sell. Go slow and use a coolant to keep from burning the blade. I use a sine dresser from CDCO tools to get the angle. I use a special made mandrel to hold the wheel so I can use it in a mill.
Bead blasting is faster than sanding the relief and to me it looks better than leaving the mill marks.
