June 10, 2011 - Friday

8:00am- Candidate Judging - Master Smith in Rm# 109 and Journeyman Smith in Rm# 103

(Candidates please be in the room early at 7:30am and read Topic: Candidate Judging)

10:00am- Judging for the William F. Moran Award Knife Competition in Room #103

12pm-2pm- VIP show hours

2pm-7pm- Public show hours, ABS table at Table #1P in the ABS section

7:30pm - Annual ABS Banquet Dinner, Members Meeting, and Banquet Auction (Ticket $45)

Annual ABS Knife Auction on Saturday, June 11 in Room# 103 at 10:00am

The 2011 Blade Show in Atlanta will be the site of the Annual ABS Knife Auction. This is one of the most important fund raising events for the American Bladesmith Society each year. Our ABS Bladesmiths spend many long hours of skilled labor crafting these knives and then donate them to the auction. Chuck Ward Photography did the photo work for Annual ABS Auction Knives.
