For those collectors who have not been to a hammerin, you are missing the most fun the ABS has to offer. It's a great way to learn about knife making. Fit, finish, handle's and guard's forging, grinding and all that goes into building a collectable knife. You also get to meet and talk with all the great makers that are there. It's just a great time. Hope to see more collectors at the hammerin's. You'll be glad you came. Larry Bailey

I totally agree with Larry.
Entertaining and educational, a hard combination to beat.

I am going to have to agree with Kevin, who is agreeing with Larry!
I have been to many and always enjoyed myself as well as learned much.

I will agree with Ron, who is agreeing with Kevin, who is agreeing with Larry. Did I miss anyone? <img src=' http://www.americanbladesmiths.com/ipboard/public/style_emoticons//biggrin.gi f' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' /> There is also a decent chance for a collector to get theirs hands on knives at hammer-ins that might not normally be available immediately. <img src=' http://www.americanbladesmiths.com/ipboard/public/style_emoticons//wink.gi f' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=';)' />
