Today ABS Chairman Joe Keeslar called me and asked if I would accept an appointment as the ABS Liaison to the Heavin Forge School of Bladesmithing in Belfast, South, Africa. I accepted the appointment and look forward to working with Master Smiths Kevin and Heather Harvey who operate.

I will be posting more information on the school schedule, tuition, and accommodations soon. You can also check the Heavin Forge Knife Making website at, Click: Heavin Forge

Big congratulations Dan. Does this mean you may have to head over to Africa every now and then? I think it is great.
