I don't know of another place to put this, but it is a rather interesting video.
Dan, feel free to move this wherever else it might belong:

I have a DVD copy of that movie. Pete Mikalajunas sells DVDs of it on his web site. Damascus-barrels.com
Pete got the movie from the Musée de la Vie Wallonne (museum of Walloon life), in Liege Belgium. Pete bought the rights to the move from the museum. A couple of years ago, the museum changed their minds about allowing Pete to sell the DVDs and threatened to sue him.
This video has been pirated from one of the DVDs that Pete sold. Pete has filed a copyright violation with YouTube.
The museum has a second movie of barrel welding, that they show in a theater at the museum. The museum theater is the only place where you can watch this second movie. They don't let anyone take recording devices into the theater.
