This is a copy of the Minutes from the June 4, 2015 Board of Directors meeting in Atlanta, GA.

The practice has been that the Directors at an ABS Board of Directors meeting receive a typed copy of the Minutes from the previous meeting and after reading it vote to amend or accept it as written. The minutes from the previous meeting in Atlanta on June 4th was presented at the Board meeting in Kansas City on September 19, 2015. The minutes were amended to read that Director Jim Rodebaugh was appointed to be the ABS liaison to Resilience Forge (and not the Wounded Warrior Project). There was a motion to accept the minutes as amended which passed by a unanimous vote of the Board.
