Sometimes we are unable to send out your newsletter or the ABS Journal because of outdated home addresses or incorrect e-mail addresses. Please help us by keep your contact information current on the ABS Website. If you are having difficulty logging into the ABS website to update or check your information, contact Cindy in the ABS office to request her help. She can reset a password for you.
Thanks for your help.

The post above only applies to the ABS Website and not our ABS Forum. Both are completely different applications from different companies with different member user information databases.
Any help that you can give Cindy Sheely (ABS Office Manager) by keeping your contact information up to date would be greatly appreciated. During the many years that Sally and I were involved in managing the ABS Website and Membership Application we found that it made us a lot of extra work as volunteers if our members did not keep their contact information current. Every time the Journal was mailed out Sally would come home from our post office with a stack of returned and undeliverable Journals. Sally would then spend many hours of her time tracking down the new addresses for ABS members that had moved and did not update their profile page on the ABS website with current contact information. I had the same issue each month with bounced emails when I sent out the ABS Monthly Email Newsletter because members did not update their email addresses with current information.
Please help us to help you receive your ABS Monthly email Newsletters and Journal magazines by keeping your contact information current in your profile on the ABS Website. Remember that your USER NAME on the ABS Website is your First name and Last name separated by an underline. There is also a "Forgot Password " button that I had installed that you can use to reset your password if you forget your password.
Thank you for reading this post and please try to make Cindy's job a little easier.
