G'day fellow Knife Lovers,
The prospectus for the Sydney Knife Show has just been released.
Whilst this show is being run by a small and dedicated not for profit organisation, it will still be the biggest event of this kind ever seen in Australia, if not he the whole southern hemishere.
Applications for booths and table sales close in a few short months and we are looking for makers from around the world, both production and custom makers who would like to come to Sydney at this magnificent time of year and show and sell your works.
For a copy of the prospectus please pm me with your email address and I will send you a copy.

This is a great opportunity to holiday in Australia and help pay for it with knife sales. C'mon you know you have always wanted to head down under. We will give you some real Southern hospitality!
We already have one Master Smith, Mr Bill Burke attending from the States and some others who are seriously considering it. It will be worth the trip!
Thanks for your time and we look forward to seeing you here in 2014.
Cheers Keith
Keith, this sounds like a blast. I have always wanted to see down under. I am going to seriously think about this. My wife and I would enjoy the holiday.

Hi Brion,
That would be excellent and I'm sure you will have a great holiday down here I'll do my best to make sure of that <img src=' http://www.americanbladesmith.com/ipboard/public/style_emoticons//biggrin.gi f' class='bbc_emoticon' alt=':D' /> The show is being held at the Australian Technology Park. A heritage listed building that at one time was the blacksmiths workshops for the railways and has been described by the Smithsonian Insitute as the largest collection of Victorin era blacksmithing collection in the world. It is a working blacksmith shop and we are able to do some demos while the show is on. Thats vey cool! I gave a demo on damascus recently there for the Artistic Blacksmiths Assoc, 500 weight hammer sure gets the job done real quick! I'll send you some info on the show.
Cheers Keith
Thanks Keith. I would appreciate it very much. Sounds like a great venue for a show.
