This year's event will be held on Sept. 29/30, 2012 at The Shepherd of the Hills Farm in Branson as in years past. The format will be as last year. I will try to post the demonstrators as we get closer to the event.

I am looking forward to it. We had beautiful weather and location last year. Hard to beat the scenery. I will be doing a demo on hamons. Basically what steels to work with, how to apply the coating, heat treating, and polishing, along with some history of hamons.

Gary always does a great job with this event. If you are in the area or are thinking about it, I encourage you to attend.
