I was explaining the testing process to someone and they asked me a question I did not know the answer to. Out of the five judges on the presentation panel, how many yes votes equal a passing score? Is it all five or a majority?

Majority. I think there were 7 judges when I went thru.
There are seven judges and it takes a simple majority to pass.
