As ABS Websmaster, I receive a lot of emails every day. I want to share an email and photo that I received today from Journeyman Smith Candidate Sam Lurquin of Belgium. Sam's native language is French. The attached photo of the sand paper pile was part of Sam's email. Looks like he has been working very hard to prepare for the JS Judging at the 2013 Atlanta Blade Show.

Wow!

If that is what it takes to get your five knives ready for JS test, I need to go back to the shop!

Beautiful knife! By the size of that pile of belts and paper, it looks like Sam has been practicing his knifemaking quite a bit! Looking forward to seeing his knives in Atlanta.
