Are there ever any events in New Mexico or Arizona?
At this time, there are no ABS sponsored events in New Mexico or Arizona. We would love to have a member in one of those states step up and become an event coordinator. There are ABS rules for those events, and the ABS would sponsor such an event once conditions are met.
How would I go about setting up a hammer in hear in Oregon
Could I get information on on how to become an event coordinator and what the rules are that need to be met in order for an event to take place

Yes, I am going to make sure that Cindy Sheely, the ABS office manager, sees your request. She will be able to outline the information required to host a Hammer In. It would be awesome to have another coordinator willing to host a hammer in to help others learn more about bladesmithing.
Thank you for your request.
